The Review Process
Each portfolio is reviewed independently by two reviewers using a standardized rubric. When reviewers reach different conclusions, a third independent reviewer makes the final determination, ensuring every candidate receives a thorough and impartial evaluation.

Training and Certification
Before reviewing any portfolios, all reviewers complete a formal certification and training program covering portfolio evaluation standards, rubric application, and the review process. This ensures consistency, fairness, and the integrity of every certification decision.
